A felületi érdesség CAD alapú modellezése nagytermelékenységű forgácsoló eljárásoknál

چکیده
A cikkben ismertetésre kerülnek az EFOP-361-16-2016-00011 számú „Fiatalodó és megújuló Egyetem - Innovatív Tudásváros a Miskolci intelligens szakosodást szolgáló intézményi fejlesztése” című projekt keretében Gyártástudományi Intézetben elvégzett kutatásaink, amelyeknek témája felületi érdesség elméleti modellezése nagyteljesítményű forgácsoló eljárásoknál CAD modellezés segítségével. Ezen kutatásaink során elsősorban homlokmarással megmunkált felületek vizsgálatával foglalkoztunk, ahol ún. forgácsarányt (az ap fogásmélység fz élenkénti előtolás arányát) általánosan alkalmazott ap/fz>1 tartományból ap/fz<1 felé változtattuk. Jelen dolgozat bemutatásra kerül kidolgozott módszer lényege, valamint vizsgálatokat foglaljuk össze röviden.
